And now for the firewire cards yes they will all work but some are better then others.

Lighting will very depending on each location's windows etc day or night broadcasting.
But as a rule the more light's the better this dose not mean one very bright light. I would suggest 3 one meter long fluorescent tubes in a triangle over the chat host
